We do not offer inward phone support but WMS customers have unlimited access to our online help desk 24/7. While some customers prefer the piece of mind of having someone to call when there is an issue, WMS customers have found that our help desk is more effective than a call centre that usually takes down your request then forwards it to a help desk anyway.
Web Based Support
Create new help requests and manage your organisational support requests, interact with the support team directly. View active and solved support requests regardless of who in your organisation owns the request.
Log into the WMS Console then click 'Support' on the left hand menu.
On Twitter see the WMS Alerts Twitter Feed for planned maintance, service status and performace alerts as they happen.
